What is Mindbook?
Mindbook is online booking and business software for service businesses. It combines an online booking page, the team calendar and shifts, SMS and email reminders, a cashier, gift cards, invoices, stock and an online shop in one system.
Which countries is Mindbook available in?
Mindbook is made in Estonia by MindBook OÜ and is available to service businesses in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Online payments in the shop are currently available to businesses in Estonia.
Who is Mindbook for?
Barbershops, hair and beauty salons, massage studios, spas, car washes and other businesses where clients book time with a specialist — from one location to a franchise with many locations.
Which languages does Mindbook support?
Booking pages, emails and messages are available in English, Estonian and Russian, and clients choose their language on the booking page.
Do clients or staff need to install an app?
No. The booking page and the admin work in the browser on computers, tablets and phones.
Does Mindbook send booking reminders?
Yes. Automatic SMS and email reminders confirm bookings and help cut no-shows, clients are told when a booking changes, and you can write the messages in your own words.
How do payments work?
At the location, the cashier takes payment for services and products by card, cash or gift card, and you can send VAT invoices. In the online shop, clients pay by bank link, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I manage several locations or businesses?
Yes. Every location has its own team, shifts and billing details under one login, one booking page can cover all locations, and several businesses can run in one account with their own branding.
Where is my data kept?
You choose: our managed cloud, where we handle hosting, updates and backups; a private cloud dedicated to your business; or your own servers.
Can I switch to Mindbook from another booking system?
Yes. Tell us what you use today when you request a demo, and we will talk through moving your services, team and clients.
How much does Mindbook cost?
The price depends on the number of locations, the size of the team, the parts of Mindbook you use and the hosting. Request a demo and we will send an offer for your business.
